After over 20-years’ experience in Student Activities and Administration roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Brown University, Ricky Gresh found a new mission and energy with his move into performing arts center management. Gresh’s many roles at PFM call upon his extensive experience with organizational development and transitions, project and program planning and management, customer experience and communications.

What words best capture the spirit of PFM?

We’re always a family, often a team, and many times an army and on some days a combination of all. More than anything everyone at PFM understands the overarching goal of “How do we make this better?”
